Ingredients

  • Few black grapes
  • 3 small strawberries
  • 1 fig (Fruit)
  • 2-3 almonds
  • 2-3 cashew nuts
  • 1 date
  • 1 dry date
  • 2 walnuts
  • 3 munnaka (type of raisins)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • Water

Recipe Preparation

  • Add all the ingredients together and blend well until it gets smooth consistency.
  • Serve in a big glass/bowl.
  • Garnish with pieces of berries and seeds of your choice.
  • Enjoy!!!
