Quinoa Asian Salad

Best for main course.


  • Cooked Quinoa
  • Purple cabbage, red bell paper, peas, cucumber, carrot
  • Soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, green onions, sesame seeds, grated ginger, red paprika flex, black pepper, salt, cilantro

Recipe Preparation

  • Soak quinoa for 2-3 hours and cook it well.
  • Finely chop all the vegetables ready.
  • For seasoning prepare a dressing using above mentioned ingredients.
  • Serve as a main course as a one pot meal.
  • For variation you can also add grilled tofu.
  • Enjoy!!!
