Greek Salad

Delicious & Healthy Dinner/Lunch.


  • 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup olives (Black/Green)
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the tomato wedges, cucumber slices, red bell pepper slices, green bell pepper slices, red onion slices, and olives.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, ensuring that all the vegetables are coated with the dressing.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the salad.
  • Let the salad sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together.
