Banana Oats Pancakes

Super healthy BF options for all age group.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Wheat flour
  • ½ cup Oats flour
  • Almond / Coconut Milk (as per requirement to match consistency)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 ½ banana (Ripe one)
  • Jaggary powder (As per sweetness required)
  • ½ tsn baking powder

Recipe Preparation

  • Smash the banana and mix all the dry ingredient first.
  • Then add any plant-based milk to create better at its appropriate consistency.
  • Heat the pan and add better and let it cook for 1-2 minutes and then turn back to cook.
  • Serve with honey/maple syrup/dark chocolate sauce and coconut cream.
